We are searching for a highly skilled Gameplay team leader. Our ideal candidate would be a highly-skilled and experienced Senior Tech Professional who is able to manage a team of programmers, developing state-of-the-art gameplay experience on top of the new generation of the VRAGE engine. In close co-operation with a Game design team, you and your team would help them achieve the creative vision for our games.
Requirements:
- Skilled and experienced programmer (5+ years of professional game development experience)
- Experience in leading and mentoring colleagues (5 years)
- Very good knowledge and experience with C# and .NET
- Leadership or management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to understand and account for user needs
- Advanced English
- Responsible, well organized, good time management
- Friendly, curious, creative
Considered a plus:
- Knowledge of C++
- Experience with design patterns, unit testing
- Experience with automatic UI testing
- Experience with graphics programming, game networking architectures, low level optimization, etc.
- Advanced math and physics knowledge
- Interest in science and space research
- Avid gamer
Responsibilities:
- Develop AAA gameplay experience, making the most out of our in house engine VRAGE
- Lead team of >8 programmers
- Coordinate with Game design and Engine teams
