We are looking for a motivated multi-tasker and problem solver with the ability to see things from as many points of view as possible. Someone who is able to find solutions for any kind of task that is given to them. 


What you will do:

  • Responsible for all office management tasks, ensuring all the company needs to establish a pleasant and productive working environment.
  • Responsible for facility management, coordination, and supervision of refurbishment works, close co-operation with internal and external property, and security management.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office, building, garden, and the land around the building on a day-to-day basis
  • Carry out all procurement activities, maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate quotes, place orders 
  • Assist the finance and accounting teams with accounting tasks such as compiled accounts receivables, tracked inventory assets, management of petty cash
  • Provide support to the HR Manager with various HR duties 
  • Organize team-buildings and other company events/workshops or/and other donation activities
  • Planning and ordering refreshments for internal events and workshops
  • Performing general clerical and receptionist duties including all travel arrangements
  • Helping with other office and assistant activities
  • Overseeing services including parking, cleaning, catering, and others
  • Supervising cleaning, maintenance, garden services
  • Doing household and repair tasks
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining post and delivery services
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, heating, air-con are well-maintained
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Advising on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Overseeing construction projects


Experience and Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in office and facility management
  • Ability to prioritize and handle a complex, varied workload
  • Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Loyal and discrete personality (very strict NDA will have to be signed)
  • Time flexibility – be available for ad hoc events even after standard working hours
  • Working with computers, emails, phones, social media
  • Absolute reliability
  • Being team player
  • Active driver
  • Diplomatic and open-minded problem solver
  • Excellent spoken and written Czech and English
  • Expected is a positive and creative approach to various tasks
  • A good communicator as well as a good listener
  • Concise and clear communication style, polished manners
