Senior Game designer

We are searching for highly skilled and experienced Senior Game Designer to help us shape one of our future projects.

What You Will Do:

• Design and write specifications, prototype new gameplay systems
• Work with the team to define the high-level goals for gameplay
• Work with programmers as well as artists to implement, tune and balance new gameplay
• Ensure that players can use the tools provided to play the game in multiple, equally compelling ways
• Analyse, validate and incorporate feedback from the team and external user testing

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

• 5+ years of experience in game development 
• Experience and deep working knowledge of gameplay systems
• Knowledge of work with XML files
• At least 2 shipped titles
• Open World game experience is a plus
• Innovative thinker with creative problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of development processes, workflows, and tools
• Ability to work in highly collaborative environment, while delivering under deadlines
• To be or want to be A-player
